  Firstly I have to say that I can't knock the food or location. It's very good and the restaurant is very nicely placed.
  However.
  I went there with 2 children and it soon became apparent that all they are interested in is money. The kids were given a la carte menus even though there was a kids menu on offer. There was an early supper menu that was never mentioned. Expensive wines and meals were readily recommended by the waiter though. Even simple things like asking for some water for the table, expensive bottled water was brought, rather than being given the option of tap water.
  I didn't really feel like a customer, more a cash cow. This made the whole experience feel very impersonal and I don't think I'll be going again. Pretty decent food but a very crappy way to be treated. Must try harder.

  Popular, expensive place with average "Italian" food. Service with a smile, but a bit hit and miss.
